Reg Barber selected Zebra wood for it?s lustrous appearance. It has a heartwood that?s pale golden yellow, distinct from the very pale color of the sapwood and features narrow streaks of dark brown to black. After it is turned on a wood lathe it is hand sanded and polished for a beautiful finish. This set consists of the Zebra Wood handle and a 58mm stainless steel flat base.
