Perfect for labs, cupping rooms, small cafes and restaurants, the K804 Lab Sweet Grinder is a beautiful solution for the consummate barista.

The special composite of the grinding discs brings out the sweetness of the coffee.

The height of the tray can be adjusted for grinding into cups or bowls. When grinding into a bag or other larger container, simply flip the tray up and out of the way.This model is also equipped with our Extended Range Gear. The standard adjustment on a Ditting grinder ranges between approximately 100 to 900 microns (particle size). Ranging between approximately 300 to 1,200 microns for a perfect espresso and up to a coarse French Press or Cold Brew.
