Coffee Tasting Map – Around the World in 40 Cups

Country-by-Country Reviews

Each of the 40 countries has space to log a coffee from that place, with a spot to write the coffee’s name or specific origin, its roaster, variety, the date you tried it, and a unique device called a flavor wheel that helps you visually record a particular coffee?s flavor. For low values of a flavor, fill in dots near the wheel?s center. A shade-grown Guatemalan is used in the example shown.

Super Sized

The only way to include the wide world of coffee was to make this poster … wide. It’s a whopping 99cm in the horizontal direction, and 46cm tall. There’s a spot to review a coffee from 40 specialty coffee-producing countries, from massive Brazil to tiny Timor Leste (aka “East Timor”).
American-made French Paper

The poster is printed on 100% recycled (30% PCW), chlorine-free French brand paper, made in Niles, Michigan. If you’re as big a paper connoisseur as you are a coffee connoisseur, you’ll also want to know that it’s 100# Speckletone cover in Chocolate.* The poster was designed, tested and printed in sunny Portland, Oregon with soy-based inks.
